Letter of Good Standing Requests

Past and present registrants of the College of Dental Hygienists of Manitoba (CDHM) can request a Letter of Good Standing (Verification of Registration) to be sent to another regulatory body or institution by contacting the College by email. Please make sure with all requests to include the name of the specific person or organization the letter is addressed to as well as the mailing address for where the letter is to be sent.

Current Registrants

If you are required to submit a form provided by a regulatory body/college, please make sure that you have completed the registrant side of the form with your signature if it is required.

Normal processing time for Letters of Good Standing is typically 2 – 5 business days after payment has been received.  The fee for the Letter of Good Standing is $45 and can be paid via Visa or Mastercard through your CDHM account.

Note: Your Letter of Good Standing will only be sent directly to the requesting organization.

Applicants

If you are applying for registration in Manitoba and were previously registered in another Canadian jurisdiction during the past five years, the CDHM requires that you submit Letter(s) of Good Standing with your application for each jurisdiction.

Note: The Letter of Good Standing must be sent to us directly from applicable regulatory authorities.

Registration Cancellation Requests

If you are planning to resign, retire or cancel your registration you are required to complete the registration cancellation form. This cancellation form is required to cancel your registration in good standing. There is no fee associated with cancelling your registration and you can cancel your registration at any time.
